Abigail had an abscessed tooth, seemingly overnight. She went to bed with a tooth ache, and Karen put lip cream on it. In the morning, Abigail had a big, fat upper lip! Karen took her to the dentist, who sent them to an oral surgeon, who removed the tooth! Look closely, and you'll see the hole - all dark from the blood (I think).
