This is what the raffle table looked like before the raffle started. Everything from golf clubs, to a complete golf set, to televisions, to a grill, to bags and luggage of all kinds was up for grabs in the raffle.

Jerry is one of the nicest men you'd ever want to meet. He's done a great job of coordinating this golf event for the past 10 years, and said there were over 150 golfers involved this year.

There were times during the dinner and raffle where Abigail just beamed. This was one of them. Just a simple picture, but she is just soooooo cute.

I don't know how many holes were sponsored, or whether the three boards near the dining hall were all of them, but this is a shot of two of the three boards. Sponsors ranged from individuals to companies. There is large area support for this event.

On the bench outside the dining hall, James, Abigail, and Victoria gave each other a big group hug. Aren't they just adorable?!

James and Victoria (and Abigail, too) hadn't been on a "real" golf course before, and had never seen a "real" green. Very interesting to see how short they keep that grass. James just couldn't understand how they did it.

It was as if this commerative golf towel was the bestest thing Abigail was ever given. This picture has the background muted (darkened, slightly) to better emphasize Abigail.

She held the towel all evening at the event, all the way home, and until she fell asleep. It's the little things, I guess.

The group gave Abigail a check for $1200, and it is attached to the lower left corner of this oversized check. The kids just loved the physical size of this thing.

Abigail is sitting on the table where all the raffle prized were stacked, so this was obviously after all the raffles were done.
James was hoping to win a TV

Both James and Victoria were drawn to the two TVs that were on the table for raffle - a 20" flat screen, and a 23" pictured here. We won neither of them, but James wanted to have his picture taken with the 23" that was waiting to be picked up.
